Who I Am

With over five years of experience in the fitness and performance industry, I have worked with athletes at every level from professional boxers preparing for international fight camps to youth netball, rugby, football, and kickboxing players, as well as track & field and endurance athletes.

My background blends practical coaching with sports science and evidence-based practice, supported by a Master’s degree in Strength & Conditioning.

My Approach

I am passionate about strength training, Olympic lifting, sprinting, endurance training, and martial arts, and I bring this expertise into every program I design.

Beyond the sporting arena, I also support dedicated fitness enthusiasts who want to reach peak physical performance, improve health, and build resilience.

My philosophy is holistic: training, nutrition, recovery, and mindset work together to help you achieve lasting results.
